This Terms of Use (TOS) is between AEONEX SERVICES, doing business as “Africa Calling” (hereinafter referred to as “AEONEX” or “Africa Calling” or “VIGS Ghana” or “GBT” or “We” or “Our” or “the Website” or “this Website” or “This Site” ) and you, the one using this website. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old.
Use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to this Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to this TOS, you may not use This Website nor any of its services/products.
We reserve the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this TOS, at any time, at our sole discretion, by posting a modification or a new agreement on the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to not use the Website and/or our services. Your continued use of the Website following a posting of a change notice and/or modification or new agreement on the Website will constitute binding acceptance of the changes.
PARTICIPANT’S INSURANCE
All participants are required to have their own adequate comprehensive insurance.
PARTICIPANTS’ ACCOMMODATION
All hotel etc. accommodation for participants is double-occupancy except stated otherwise: single occupants pay an extra charge of US$45 (or its equivalent in any of the currencies quoted on the this website) per night.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Where a signed up participant cancels their participation ninety (90) days or more to the start of the event/activity/program, an administrative charge of US$75 or 10 percent (whichever is higher) will be charged against the refundable amount. Cancellation less than ninety (90) to the start of the event will not entitle payer to any refund at all.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to poor weather or not-enough participants. Should this happen, you would be entitled to claim a full refund (if the new date is not suitable/acceptable to you). Each side will bear their transaction costs if any.
DONATIONS
The full net amount of donation made towards any purpose on this website goes to the causes being supported. Payment processor’s fees, foreign currency conversion fees/losses as well as bank charges and any other associated costs are deducted from the gross amount.
FAIR USE POLICY
We do not claim ownership of any content used on our site that might be copyrighted. If any such content exists here, it is being used under the doctrine of Fair Use.
DISCLAIMER.
Disclaimer of warranties. We provide the Website and all items sold therein on an ‘AS IS’ and ‘AS AVAILABLE’ basis. AEONEX does not represent or warrant that the website, its use and/or the services/products we sell: (i) will be free of inaccuracies or errors, (ii) will be uninterrupted, (iii) will meet your requirements. We make no warranties other than those made expressly in this TOS, and hereby disclaim any and all implied warranties or fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement, other than those which cannot be excluded by law.
Should you at any point in have a valid claim against this website and or products sold on it, you agree that your claim shall in no instance be more than five (5) United States Dollars (apart from the actual net amount that we and/or agent and/or affiliate received) or its equivalent in Ghana Cedis at the going rate published on the Bank of Ghana (BoG) website. By using this website, you irrevocably waived all entitlements to any interest on funds expended via this site/service – if indeed you have such rights.
